Santiago Architecture is an international architecture and design studio founded by Gerardo Santiago Pineda.
We work with private clients, developers, and investors on residences, villas, hospitality projects, and larger-scale developments.
Our process combines architectural design, construction knowledge, spatial exploration, and advanced 3D modeling, allowing us to carry projects from early concepts toward realization.
We aim to create architecture with its own identity: contemporary, sensitive to context, and designed to be experienced.
Approach
We do not understand architecture as an isolated object. Every project begins with place: its climate, landscape, light, vegetation, materials, and ways of living.
Three-dimensional modeling is part of the design process from the earliest stages, allowing us to explore spaces, geometries, and relationships that could hardly be developed in plan alone.
