Santiago Architecture is an architecture and design studio founded by Gerardo Santiago Pineda, with an international outlook.
We work across residences and hospitality projects through to larger-scale developments.
Our process combines architectural design, spatial exploration, and advanced 3D modeling to develop projects that respond to climate, materiality, and ways of living.
We aim to create architecture with its own identity: contemporary, sensitive to context, and designed to be experienced.
Approach
We do not understand architecture as an isolated object. Every project begins with place: its climate, landscape, light, vegetation, materials, and ways of living.
Three-dimensional modeling is part of the design process from the earliest stages, allowing us to explore spaces, geometries, and relationships that could hardly be developed in plan alone.
Founded by Gerardo Santiago Pineda. Projects across Mexico, Costa Rica, Indonesia, and Europe.
